About LarkPost

LarkPost is a social media scheduler for teams and agencies that manage several brands. You write a post once, adjust it for each network, check it against that network's limits and schedule it into a shared calendar for Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and WordPress.

Posts move through approvals before anything goes live, and clients can review posts or connect their own profiles through secure links without creating an account. Analytics show post and account performance, your top posts and the best times to publish, and the inbox brings comments from connected profiles together so you can reply from one place.

Automations keep the calendar full: RSS feeds become drafts, evergreen posts are repurposed on a schedule, comment keywords trigger direct messages on Facebook and Instagram, and Shopify or WooCommerce products turn into posts. Each brand also gets a link-in-bio page and a link shortener with UTM tracking.

LarkPost is built security-first. Platform tokens are encrypted at rest, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, every workspace is isolated, and uploaded images are re-encoded to strip location data. ThinkTools hosts and maintains it at larkpost.thinktools.dev. Plans are being finalized; join the waitlist and you will hear first when accounts open.

When can I start using LarkPost?
LarkPost is in a waitlist phase while plans are finalized. Join the waitlist on this page and you will get an email as soon as accounts open.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is not set yet. Plans will be subscriptions that include hosting, maintenance, team seats, approvals and analytics. People on the waitlist hear about pricing first.
Which networks are supported?
Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn profiles and pages, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram channels and groups, Discord channels and self-hosted WordPress. Options such as first comments or carousels depend on what each platform's API allows.
Do I need to install anything?
No. LarkPost runs in your browser at larkpost.thinktools.dev, and ThinkTools handles hosting, updates, backups and changes to the platforms' APIs.
How is my data protected?
Access tokens for your social profiles are encrypted at rest, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace, and uploaded images are re-encoded to remove EXIF and GPS data.
Can my clients approve posts without an account?
Yes. Approval links let a client review and approve or reject pending posts, and connect links let them connect their own social profiles, without signing up.
